Barrow Construction, Inc is a general contracting firm founded in 1996 in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Founder, Buba S. Barrow is a 1984 Civil Engineering Graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology. Since its inception, BCI (Barrow Construction, Inc.) has successfully performed several residential and commercial construction projects for both private and government entities. We also do construction management and design built projects, hence we are a one stop shop construction company.
